Thank you for shopping small and supporting handmade. Each From the Sea & Me piece is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before making its way to you. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

From the Sea & Me is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, returns and exchanges are accepted only on eligible, unworn items in their original condition. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.

The Legacy Collection

Pieces from the Legacy Collection are individually created using genuine shells, shark teeth, coral, and other natural coastal finds.

When a listing states that you will receive the exact piece pictured, the jewelry shown in the listing photographs is the piece that will be sent to you.

Natural textures, irregularities, worn edges, and other imperfections are intentionally preserved and are part of what makes each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Handmade Jewelry

Every From the Sea & Me piece is made by hand rather than mass-produced. Small variations, tool marks, textures, and other evidence of the handmade process may be present and are part of the character of the piece.

Jewelry Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
